en este tipo de negocio te recomiendo que te la rifes solo amigo en ves de socios trata de buscar prestamos, a la larga este negocio pude ser tu jubilacion y no tendras que estar en probelmas con otras personas en el futuro por lo general este tipo de sociedades terminan en grandes disputas y las ganacias del negocio terminan en manos de abogados.
