I think my computer has a very bad virus?
So... I opened up my computer this morning (we have two users; administrator and guest). I clicked the guest and hit the internet shortcut... and it opened and then closed automatically! Then my anti-viral program (McAfee) said that there was a worm and trojan on that guest account... Wtf... I have no idea how it happened. I scanned a test with my anti-viral program and it showed 0 problems... So I'm confused. I have already tried system restore and everything. Is there some sort of thing I can download from the internet that can get rid of these things? Preferably free? My budget is kind of tight right now.

Use these 2 tools to hopefully remove the virus. Tutorials on how to use them should be on their websites. But, in a nutshell. Use Rkill to KILL the malicious process (NOT DELETE, KILL, AS IN MAKE IT STOP), then use Malwarebytes-Antimalware to DELETE it. Your computer might be infected with a virus which is probably preventing you from logging in. You should first start up your computer in Safe mode with networking. Then you should scan your computer for any potential viruses. I recommend using Malewarebytes. You can find this for free at download.com Once you've downloaded and installed that run a full system scan. Once the scan is complete whatever it found delete it, & restart you computer. After you've done all the you're still having the same problem then consider calling your computer's manufacturer and they will further assist you.
