Why did I get 16 e-mails from Yahoo Answers to chose a Best Answer?

The voters will choose if you don't

Maybe because you asked 16 questions and they got answers they want to let you know were here. Choosing best answers I think it told me would give people extra points. So Yahoo Answers might have been looking out for you, trying to help you add points by choosing answers you call best.

Usually, when this happens, you have asked 16 questions. Which means, people have answered, and Yahoo wants you to pick the best answer that has been answered out of the people who answered your question. You don't have to, but Yahoo would appreciate it.

Hey, B. What's the point of asking a question if you're not gonna choose a BA? God, that's my Yahoo pet peeve. When people let their questions go into voting.

as what it says in the email, " Choose a Best Answer for your question and make someone's day. "

What, why not? if you choose, you've only ended up spending two points to ask that question... how is it a waste?

I do agree though, those emails are rather useless..

it's stupid, i came back last week and i started to get that also... so i just choose my BA's before 1 day

I currently have over 1300 unread emails and almost all of them are from yahoo so that isn't that bad.
