I do. It is important to keep your skin healthy, and I am a guy. Sometimes, right before I go to sleep, I will put lotion on my face and chapstick as well.

definite, I positioned it on every time i'm getting out of the bathe or tub. i take advantage of the two lotion or rice bran oil. I hate how tight my pores and skin feels if i do no longer use it. i might advise doing it every time, because of the fact water can dry your pores and skin up and help out with the becoming older technique. And use creams or oils severe in antioxidants and paraben loose.

I use it sometimes,but only if my skin is really dry. I don't like how sticky or greasy lotion feels to use it every day.
