HP 2011x monitor not displaying anything?
Recently bought a 2011x...Followed all the instructions, plugged in the DVI cable, followed by the power cable. No image, so I went to install the drivers, which I did the manual way (located it via the driver updater). Still no image. So, I'm not entirely sure what to do. All my drivers are up to date (graphics are from onboard - XFX Geforce 8200). The VGA works on another HP monitor (v75), which I'm using at this moment. I've tried changing the jumper for display ports on the motherboard, which also didn't work. However, the VGA does work for the new monitor (2011x). So, is it my motherboard, in which case I'll put another graphics card in it, or is it the monitor?
Alright, currently the monitor's running off VGA. I'd like to run it from DVI, so I can dual run the new monitor on DVI and the old one on VGA. Seems to me my motherboard's DVI isn't working, so I'm just going to put a separate graphics card in instead.
