Can my 82 year-young mother take Trazadone for insomnia as she has glaucoma?

@ Alan C. I am greatly offended by your comment about my mother. I am hopeful that you will learn what she taught my sisters and me when young. "If you can't say something nice about someone, then you should say nothing at all." I feel that you need to heed this advice as one never makes unkind statements about another person's mother. I came to this section for some help for my mother. Not to have her insulted by you. I wonder how healthy you will be at 82 years? And remember what goes around comes around. So I strongly suggest you spread some seeds of kindness to the elderly. You aren't young forever. You may not relate to being old, but one day you will regret your statements about our beloved elders. And she is in such good health that I bet you couldn't even keep up with her. Am extending the olive branch. I sure did react in a bitchy way. Guess it's like one of those "YO MAMA" moments and I was like Leap Froggy...So was my manner 55 years OLD or 55 years YOUNG?
