I haven't eaten right for two days, and now that I did, I feel sick?

Yesterday I ate toast and tuna and other very non fat things and today I ate only crackers and peanut butter and ramen, noodles and toast and other non fat stuff. Then I ate fast food, and I think it just hit me. I feel really sick and I feel like I'm going to throw up. I've tried laying on my floor on my back but nothing works. What can i do or eat or drink right now to feel better?

    Try some salad or fresh fruit to counteract the excessive fat/sugar/salt of the fast food.

    when you feel sick you should always lie on your side.laying on your back is too easy to choke if you get sick.next you need to drink water and help dilute what ever is upsetting your stomach.alka seltzer is good.eat stuff that is very light ,jello,soup.stay away from dairy products and tuna
