Is it legal to take photos of my neighbour from inside my house, through his windows, since he leaves all his curtains open all the time?

Take all the pictures you want..You may run into an issue later depending on if you use the pictures for instance to try and embarrass him or something of that nature. He would probably have the right to sue you if for nothing else to have you cease and desist distributing the photos. It just depends on your intent. Lets say for instance he caught you taking pictures and came over trying to bully you into giving them to him or threatening whatever...he would be pretty full of it and nothing would come out of it. Short answer is. it depends on your intent.

it is ilegal or legal too it depaned upon u nr neighbour.if they agrey to snape photo than it legal if not ilegal.
