What is a good weight loss meal plan?

    Step 1 Make sure you have breakfast always. Make sure you have 5 to 6 meals a day 3 hours apart.

    Breakfast 2 weetbix or rolled oats with cinamen for sweetness

    morning tea piece of fruit

    lunch multigrain sandwich or wrap with any meat or fish with salad

    afternoon tea thin rice crisps with avocado bulla light cottage cheese tomatoe salt and pepper

    dinner any sort of meat or chicken sith salad and green vegetables

    also make sure at morning tea have 8-10 raw almonds and 6 fish oil tablets a day foor good omega 3 that get rid of bad fat and stay away from startchy carbs such as white breads potatoe pasta and rice!
