What additions do you like in Deviled Eggs?

I put a tiny ammount of pickle juice in mine..it sounds gross but it adds an extra tang and it's delicious! I always sprinkle paprika on top as well :)

I mince as small as a I can a tiny bit of onion. (this all depends on how many eggs, but I dont want to overpower the eggs with too much onion)..

I use mayo as the most ingredient, a tiny bit of yellow mustard, a little bit of sweet pickle relish, and a tiny tiny pinch of dill spice.. .. I add a dash, tiny amount of white vinegar.. black pepper, salt, and then if I have some, some paprika....

I only use everything other than mayo in moderation..

then spoon it all back into the egg halves..

onions, mustard & green pepper OR horseradish OR deviled ham....all w/ mayo

hot sauce and season salt
