Sick of this "Nikki" spam daily!?
I want to block anything and everything from this fake NIKKI who uses multiple addresses to send garbage to my email account. Apparently they think I am a man. I get approx. 20-30 per day. How do I completely block this name?

If she is using a Yahoo account, forward them to abuse@yahoo.com. Otherwise just delete them as fast as they appear. "nikki" will eventually go away. Someone new will take her place.

On your inbox page, go to Options> Mail Options> Spam
and chose to only get mail from your contacts
They will all go to the spam folder. There is no reason to go into the spam folder, except about once a week, to make sure nothing good went into it by accident ( and it will )
Briefly scan down the list of spam, and then delete it all...til next week. Never open spam email. This only lets them know they have a working address, and someone who opens spam.
Besides tracking, it might also have spyware or viruses.
If it was just one email address, you could block them..but with multiple.. there isnt a way.
