i have R. arthritis and the product doesn't work for me. i now take prescriptions and give myself a shot every week. i am in a wheelchair, but for the most part i am free of the pain i was in. stress will cause a flare up and getting over tired. you need to go to a dr that you can trust. there are about 100 kinds of arthritis so you need to find out just what is going on. you will start to feel better, you'll see.
