how much weight can i lose in 3 months if i eat nothing but sugar-free jell-o?

so for 3 months if i ONLY eat sugar free jell-o and water and diet coke, how much weight can i lose? i know it's unhealthy, i could care less. i just want to lose a lot, maybe 40 pounds or more. please no rude comments, because i will report them as abuse. that's not necessary to insult, please just answer .thanx

Update:

btw; sugar-free jell-o has only 10 calories a cup. regular jell-o has 8O

    i'm sorry but seriously? if you want to eat nothing but jelly and chemical sweetend diet coke ur body will **** itself. eat healthy nourishing foods my friend. What happens is when you eat foods, they are broken down for what they are used for. eg proteins are used to grow and repair cells and tissues. Carbohydrates give you energy carbohydrates are sugars. Simple sugars like coke and lollies are broken down for energy so quickly that you don't use them and they cause u to crash and if u don't utilise them then it will be converted to fat. Eat complex sugars/carbs such as wholemeal breads and pastas. cereals too. these are energy foods. as long as u eat low gi complex carbs, they are broken down slowly so energy is released slower. u feel fuller for so much longer than uj would off jello and coke. ALso, you will burn the engrery in time before it is stored as fat because it is released slower!

    it may not help much but I was 325 pounds 2 years ago I was 51 my right leg blew up so bad doctor wanted to do an mri to see what was wrong, Insurance would not pay for it, over Easter weekend, a sharp pain ran up my right side, a lump opened up on my stomach, I squeezed it fluid shot across the room, fluid has came out of that hole and several others till I am down to 199 pounds and still loosing weight, Asthma is gone, Diabetes is gone. Staph infection is gone, no diet, no drugs, no exercise but normal walking and some stationery bike use, for over 30 years I only ate one meal a day, and did not gorge, it was all fluid and no one ever knew it. Oh when my leg was blown out of proportion I felt like I was close to death drugs were not helping and I was in a wheelchair. Now I am walking

    Please take some time to read this website, maybe one or two articles per evening. It will require some work on your side, but I promise, it will be worth it. If you do this, you will learn a lot about your body and how to feed it properly to reach a healthy weight and feel great at the same time.
