You are going to have to call Boost Mobile's customer service.

Or go to a Boost Mobile store.

You can use this reverse phone lookup service ( http://reversephones.info/ ) PhoneDetective is a caller ID application that covers landline numbers, cell phones and business lines. It's a cheap service that works great! It could be used for a much deeper search. You can use it to get hold of different varieties of background reports, and in addition cell numbers, addresses and names.. you can get unlimited reports... I ran with this because I required to verify more numbers. You can get the name, other phone number, address history, relatives, and much more about anyone! The completly free reverse phone lookup generally doesn't provide anything interesting. To get interesting information, money will must be paid. The free searches don't provide considerably more than what may be found through the phone directory or personal information and they simply require your email to send spam. The reverse phone detective search tool does work, but you should use just the service that I posted above. The last thing you want to do, is pay for a service and find the numbers you want to lookup are not available in their directory.

1st off Boost mobiles 800 number is a waste of time.
if your still active, go to boost mobile dot com, log in your phone number and pin #,
lets just say for this example
310-123-4567
pin 1234
once your logged in go to the "update handset" tab under my account.
the old incognito is CDMA (meaning no sim card) i believe so you would get the MEID # off the back data plate under the battery and type it in online (or if you want to be high tecky) you could do ##786# on the call screen im not sure if it works on that phone, but if it does it will take you to the RTN menu, this will show lifetime call timer, and other features such as MEID/HEX/DEC #'s
once you get the MEID number you would enter it on boost mobile and push continue. and follow the prompts.....
boost mobiles FAQ states that if you activate a previously activated boost mobile phone there is a $10 fee. but i would try this on the website and see if you could get around this.

Enter the number you want to search and they will tell you what all details they can tell you about the phone number, if the details you want are available then you can go ahead, with a cheap cost. Let's see! https://tr.im/oEoC0
