I've lost Word Pad. How can I get it back?
I tried what you said Chris and yes, it did give me a shortcut (but then I already had one). My problem is that all of my pictures are now in text form only. Also, when I click on start and go to accessories, Word Pad is no longer listed there. I still have Note Pad but no Word Pad. do you have any other suggestions?

More information please. When you say you've lost it, do you mean its been uninstalled? Because thats not possible.
I believe its on your PC still. Are you using XP?
If so Go to: C:\Program Files\Windows NT\Accessories\ and right click on wordpad.exe and click send to, desktop. It'll create a shortcut.

Look for it on Craigslist. Maybe some put a ad up saying they found it. I hope you registered your word pad to prove it is yours.
