cant wait in skyrim, also i have to switch to dual daggers and then unequip to change my spells?

It sounds like you have been playing too much, it's the downside of bethesda, It always takes it's toll in crashes, you should have seen morrowind!!! but, morrowind, oblivion, fallout 3 & Nv, and now skyrim, things break, all you can do for the pc is to wait for a patch, or start a new character. (on the 360 you can clear ALL of your patches from the game, that has helped some people)

not sure what you meant there, but you can bind spells in your Favorits ( if your playing on ps3 hold the left / right key on a spell in the favortis menu and a number will appear near it, then you can just press the left or right key while playing and will immediatly swithces to that spell or weapon bound in the favorits) {for the pc I guess you use numbers to bind}
