Well I think most celebrities are narcissists, they are all self-obsessed. I mean look at what they do they take naked pics, pose naked, make sex tapes, go on interviews and talk about how great they are, etc. I think all of them are a bit narcissistic.

To be honest, I think women who take photos like this are looking for some self-assurance or at least something to boost their self-confidence. She could be the complete opposite of a narcissist and have complete and utter low self-esteem in which the photos stroke her delicate ego. Just a thought...
