Can someone accurately translate the Japanese on this Kamikaze flag?

Out of respect from a handed down family heirloom, I want to know if there is any identifying information on this flag. Or if you could just doa literal translation it would be much appreciated. I am trying to get this in the hands of a legitimate Japanese Historical Society being that this is a REAL Kamikaze flag and extremely rare. As you can imagine very few survived.
