8 months post rhinoplasty?
I am now 8 months post rhinoplasty, and my nose looks good. But one thing i noticed is that the tip looks bigger and rounder than it did before surgery. Does anybody know why the tip is swollen 8 months later?

Perhaps it is a sign of skin irritation or allergic skin reaction. No one can diagnosis why it happen or if your nose is swollen because of those reasons. You should revisit your plastic surgeon to find out for sure.
You can apply 1% hydrocortisone cream to reduce the redness short-term.
