Skyrim question: I found an atronach forge recipe?

For "random enchanted armor" in a chest after the boss fight in Yngvild barrow but it is written in code. I recognize one of the symbols as being the symbol for oblivion but I can't figure out the rest. Being able to conjure random enchanted armor would be rather helpful so Best answer to whoever tells me the recipe or finds a way to figure it out.

I believe each line has a separate ingredient. I will replace the runes with a corresponding letter. X will be the oblivion rune.

Please report the people that put question marks or nonsensical answers. They are obviously abusing the answering system for points. Binnzer, You were so close, but that is the atronach forge recipe for a fire atronach spell tome... not random enchanted armor. If you want to use yours go to the midden. an area under the college of winter hold and explore till you find a circular platform with an oblivion rune on it. Put the components of the recipe in the offering box and pull the pull bar. To find the midden go into the hall on your right as you enter the college and find the trap door at the bottom of the stairwell in the back.
