How do I get medication without my mom knowing?

I'm 18 but I'm still basically underage in the sense of how I live my life. I don't have a car, no access to ride the bus (we live right off the highway so the bus stop is pretty far), literally no friends to take me places, etc. I really want to get on some kind of anxiety medicine because I think I have GAD (general anxiety disorder) but I don't want my mom to know about it. How exactly would I go about doing this? I feel stupid asking this.

Update:

Uhh you obviously didn't read what I wrote, Haircut..

The first step, before getting medication for anything, is to actually be diagnosed with a condition. No one gets a prescriptiuon because they've decided they have a mental disorder.

You need to see a psychiatrist first and allow a diagnosis, if any, to happen. Then and only then is medication prescribed, if necessary. You will need to pay for the appointment unless you have medical insurance. If you are covered by your parents' policy, their insurance may pay for the appointment, and you will have privacy as to the reason for your appointment if you are 18, but your parents will still be curious when the statement comes in the mail. That you will have to find a way to deal with. It is part of growing up and enjoying the privileges of adulthood.
