What is the best sound system/radio/cd player that comes standard for any car?

I haven't been impressed with what I find in some card. Some sound systems just have too much noise, and others seem, for lack of a better word, tinny. Also, I like radios that show the complete name of the song and group... too many don't scroll so they cut-off titles of songs and artists. I find that annoying.
