ipod 2nd gen touchscreen not working, digitizer?
My ipod has not been working for more than a year now and i just wanted to fix it up so i can get my music back and use it again. I remember reading somewhere that it had to do with the digitizer. I just want to confirm this. thanks

Yes the digitizer is what registers the touch part. You CAN just buy the glass itself and separate the digitizer from the glass on the ipod already BUT what if the digitizer is defective so you might as well just buy the glass with the digitizer already just to be safe.
