Who is the quintessential replacement player?

Most fans know about the concept of "wins above replacement," where a "replacement" is a AAA player. But, I am curious, who personifies the "replacement player"? Which player has the most games / longest career with a offensive and defensive WAR between -1 and 1?

How about Neifi Perez? Played 1403 games over 12 seasons. Career WAR is 0.1.

Current player who comes to mind:

Willie Bloomquist - who the Diamondbacks recently signed for two years and $3.8 million. (http://www.fangraphs.com/statss.aspx?playerid=1066...

Oh, and so you don't have to look it up, Bloomquist has a cumulative 1.3 WAR over ten seasons. Over the past four seasons, his cumulative WAR is 0.1.

Curtis Wilkerson, who in 11 seasons had a cumulative WAR of 0.1

Todd Benzinger, who in 9 seasons had a cumulative WAR of 0.2

Then there's Dale Sveum, the new manager of the Chicago Cubs, who in 12 seasons had a cumulative WAR of 1.1.
