Is my name a weird name?

Sonic is an epic, unique name... It relates to speed and sound...

Don't be upset, people can be just plain rude and cruel when it comes to having an unusual name. Your parents gave you a name with love unusual or not so be proud of your name, as years go by there will be no sonic hedgehog the future generations won't know this.

Why do you get annoyed for people only being human? If someone had the name Apple, I would immediately think of an apple. If someone had the name Santa, I would immediately think of a fat man in a red suit with a white bushy beard. And in this case, Sonic the Hedgehog popped into my mind before I even got to the line where it says people tend to relate it to...

If you want people to not call you Sonic The Hedgehog, Maybe go by Nic. But Nic isn't unique if that's what you want. Sonic is odd... but a lot of names I like are.

it's unusual, therefore 'weird'. it's not a 'normal, i.e. common' name but not in a bad sense, it's just a name that simply not everyone is going to have because it is so unique. Just go by Nic if it's really bothersome, but Sonic pertains to the speed of sound (760mph), or sound waves. It's a fine name.

Its not a weird name, I absoulutley love it. It may be an uncommon name but i have heard worse. It is lovely, I love to be known as Sonic The Hedgehog, but my name is Lottie.

I would love to be thought of as Sonic the Hedgehodg. That's just plain EPIC.

I would feel the same way as you with that name. It is weird. If you have a nice respectable middle name you could always go by that. Good luck.

I don't think It's weird, it definitely think It's unique and different.

But I think you should trake pride in your name.

I've never heard anyone else with that name so feel special.

When people tease you about it, brush it off.

One of my friend's name is Austin and his middle name is PAige.

It's a girl's middle name but he loves it.

I think you should do the same with your first name.
