In the USA, a work year averages 2088 hours. Thats 40 hours a week, working 5 days for 8 hours each day.

If thats what you are doing for $20K, then you are working for $9.58/hour roughly. Of course, those are Euro's, not USD's. I just dont have that symbol on my keyboard :) $20K/2088=9.578
