does this ranking make sence for a women ?

I have recently come back to canada and reunited with an old fling we are dating its been 3months now things have gotten pretty serious pretty fast the time we spend together is the most happiest for me and he has told me for him aswell he has a daughter from a previous relationship he told me his daughter comes first ..... his mother(family) second and he said then theres you...........these are the 3people that keep me going and make me the happiest. I understand that they are important of course! and im not being selfish im just wondering does this make sence to u ? or is it a sign i will never be his main priorety which in a way i understand because when u have a child that comes first ?

You've only been around for three months.  He should put his child and family above you in the grand scheme of things at this point.  If you've been dating a year and he's still jumping every time his parents snap their fingers you'll know you have a problem.  His child will always remain high on his priority list, as it should be, but you shouldn't be pushed aside for the child after it's been long enough to be a serious relationship.  Give it time.  It's too soon to know how it will play out.

Yes it makes perfect sense! after only 3 months together you should be last on his list. I have to commend a man who chooses his daughter over a girlfriend, shows he has what it takes to be a father, the same for his family,,,,The important thing is that if you guys are still dating after a few years and plan to be married that is the time when you should be second and his daughter first until she is of age.

When you have  child...the child always comes first.  Not their father 2nd though, thats ridiculous.
