Just do it when it feels right, if you're not comfortable yet, you can't force yourself. just take baby steps, trusting anyone takes time.

wisest advice I have ever gotten. Don't. Unless youre married to this man, good things never come out of an open heart. All too often the other takes it for granit and comes up with the idea they can do what they want and you'll still be there. It might sound cold and cynical but when I'm in love I always have the desire to be the most loving perfect boyfriend my girl could ask for. Trust me just dont do it.

EDIT a good way to put it is don't put all your eggs in one basket. If that basket breaks you lose everything but if you keep some of it to yourself youre okay. Just think of your heart like eggs and your man is your basket.

Ram a knife under your lowest rib on the left side of your chest. Slowly move the knife in a clockwise half-circle up your chest, avoiding hitting any bones. Once your reach your heart, simply make a small incision above the 1st chamber.

    And you're done.

Start slow and find that special person that you can let more of your walls down with.
