How can we engage more people in the democratic process?

make it easier to understand, simpler to participate in and help people understand how the process affects them.

That is a hard thing to do. Some people just are not interested. Some people wait until the media chooses their candidate and they don't even research anything. I wish more people paid attention to history and politics. Yes! Politics is stupid but that's why it is so important to pay attention.

I think we should LIMIT participation. There should be an IQ test, which would limit voting to those with some brains.... too many morons voting to "get stuff from Obama's stash." Bad for freedom and the nation.
