can someone explain more what group therapy is?
well im forced into seeing councelors and stuff and therapy so its awkward being by yourself with someone i experienced it once. i heard of group therapy what happens with that and stuff?

You listen to others like yourself as well as a mediator. You can speak or choose not to speak. Most groups sessions will encourage speaking, but not demand it. Listen and see if hearing people like you going through the same things helps put your mind in perspective hoping to spark one of like epiphanies.
