The First one the Acer Ethos 5951G Is better.
Why?
For $40 more you get this.
+2hours battery life
+Nvidia Graphics Card Which Has more compatibility with programs.
+2 more GB RAM
+2 more USB slots
- watching HD movies is not possible on the other it is. But i dont expect anyone to watch HD videos on laptop use ure tv for that
+0.3GHz processor speed
+ A better screen LCD
This is proven by research, OLED is fairly new ad experiential.

Buy the ACER!!!!
Above all my laptop is acer to :D haha
So yeh for $40 the first choice is the best
