please help a leo out, and this Sagittarius (+10 points will be awarded for best answer!)?

Question

Ok, why am i so obsessive?I have Scorpio as my moon and my rising, but that doesn't really add up to possessive if you ask me.  When it comes to friends i always expect them to keep close but when they don't i panic on the inside. is their anything in my Birth chart that explains this?

And also i need help with my friend who is a Sagittarius. our birth charts are almost parallel to the other but its weird. for a sagittarius he's happy-go-lucky one moment and the next moment he doesn't care about the world. i know some sag's are narcissists. but like my chart does anything explain this in his?

In retrospect with our charts, we're ok friends. i don't think i'm being the best friend i could to him, (i'm attached, clingy, and excruciatingly modest, he's a loner, hates hates HATES calling someone a best friend, and he puts himself before others in personal situations (not saying its bad, just not me)) can you tell me how we can improve our friendship and how we can fix our problems? Cancer venus and mars is where I'd look. Cancers are known to keep a tight grip on what they perceive as theirs. Being that your mars and venus are in this sign, you're probably like that in relationships.. get jealous easily, lay out rules for your partner, etc. Venus rules your acquaintances as well as your friends, so that might explain that.

As for your friend, I think that the Capricorn energy influencing their thoughts (mercury) is what is causing the down on the world, critical, biting, sarcastic streak. I have a Sag moon myself, and can be super bubbly, but I also have a lot of Cap energy in my chart, causing me to go through periods of negativity & depression. Not to mention I am a Pisces with my Merc also in Pis. 
His Piscean moon also would explain the 'yo-yo'ing in mood... the moon has direct influence over ones moods, and cancer energy in pisces (being so adaptable and ready to channel energy) brings out pisces' dual nature even more, and might cause dramatic mood swings.
The Scorpio venus would explain the slight selfishness in friendly relations/disputes involving friends... its the sign that venus is in.

As for improving your friendship, the best advice I can give is just listen to one another when you talk. Use your better judgement and try to feel out what to do if problems arise. (You've got the cancer/scorpio energy there, so "feeling it out" shouldn't be a problem for you.)
It's hard to say exactly what will work or not, at least not on the internet..maybe if I knew the two of you personally I'd be able to give better advice. :)

okay  i didn't read this whole thing, but you said you didn't think your scorpio moon and rising didnt make you obsessive and possessive??

well first of all, your sun is in leo!
leo's are very self conscious and very aware of their physical surroundings,
so since you have one of the most emotionally intense signs for ur rising and moon it influences that and makes it soo much more!
not onlyu are you obsessive about whats around you, your obsessive about whats inside other people and it makes it hard for you to have patience and to chill out. youre really impulsive because your feelings are so intense
