How can i get past a program restriction on school computers so i can play Project64?

i want to play my Project64 emulator, but the school computer keeps telling me it has a program restriction and cannot open it. im wanting to do this because im caught up with my work in school. so i want to play Project64. please help me get past these program restrictions.

    Get approval from the principal. Otherwise don't do it. You will get in trouble.

    you have to change .com to something like co.uk
