My buddy is scamming the WI university system.
He's going to school and getting all the grants and loans possible just for the financial increase.
He brags he's not trying to graduate.
He's 31 and married a 18 year old after getting her pregnant on purpose.
What do you think?
Can I turn him in?
PS. We're not really friends anymore.

He can only do this as long as he is a student. These loans come due after he is no longer a student. Eventually he will get kicked out of the school and he will have to repay all this money. This problem will take care of itself.
Blah blah - It is more likely he will join the occupy crowd and cry that he should not have to pay the loans back.

As long as he is still going to school they can take out ad many loans as they want. I'm in my second year of college and my loans are about $16,000 not including grants. It will catch up to him when he has to pay for it. It's normally after 6 months of graduating/not attending school anymore. If he don't pay them he will be put in jail.

He can take out as many loans as he wants. Regardless of whether he graduates or not he still will have to pay them back eventually.

lol it truly is humorous coming from a troll... no longer! FYI What i'm truly wearing is a locomotive engineers cap. you would know this in case you relatively knew something approximately trains and railroading, which you so needless to say do no longer! >:(

I would certainly try....
