Nepal Dating Customs?

I am thinking of courting a girl next door who is originally from Nepal. I am American. I would like to know what their culture expects. What should I do to observe their customs? I am close with her father and her Aunt and Uncle (all work next door at their Cafe). I've been trying to get up enough nerve to make a move but I want to do it properly. This girl is VERY sweet and kind, plus she looks like she stepped right out of a magazine. Normally I'd let that go but everytime the girl smiles, I feel something. So any insight would be good. AND if you all know of any good ways to ask this young lady out on a date, let me know, I have Zero game lol...
