Girl problems any help?

I understand completely. One route you can go is if maybe she is drawing anime you can compliment her on it. She might say something like thanks in response and you can just ask her something else about that topic. Try and go in depth about anime. What you like and dont like. Perhaps she may agree with you. A conversation will be initiated and soonor or later in that conversation interests will be more shared and a spark may come between you too. If she is shy like you then rememeber you are both nervous. Tell yourself being nervous is acceptable, because that makes the "spark" more genuine and real. Just be yourself and not knowing her right then is alright.
