Does this annoy anyone else?
So I'm shopping at kohls the other day and I go to use the restroom I'm in the stall and another woman walks in on her CELL PHONE talking so the whole world can hear her. She goes into the stall next to me peeing and still talking on her cell phone. There are some places you just don't need to carry on a conversation.

I don't mind talking in a bathroom, I don't enjoy total silence and having someone listening to me pee from another stall, it's fine by me.
