    It would depend.

    Looking at just the headlines, one could comment that the Bloomberg report grudgingly admits to a drop. That could be seen as biased. Then again, if the drop was, indeed, unexpected, then the headline is justified.

    There is no doubt a drop occurred, but that is largely irrelevant. What's more important is * why * it occurred and is it sustainable.

    If it isn't sustainable and was largely explained by seasonal help, then a story crowing about the success of the administration is dishonest. On the flip-side, if the growth is attributed to good, lasting jobs and a story attempts to dismiss it, that's dishonest as well.

    Make sure you aren't entering the picture with your own preconceived ideas. You might very well pick the more slanted article as superior.

    I don't know, but I laughed out loud at the CNN headline.....jobless rate plummets.
