    Cambia definitivamente su color claro a oscuro, toma consistencia babosa y el olor es muy desagradable.

    Trata de no comer nunca un champignon que no sea comprado en un lugar seguro, porque hay gente que los recoge creyendo que son buenos y pueden ser venenosos.-

    Los champiñones se oxidan y manchan fácilmente, también se encogen y se deforman al deshidratar, pero eso no indica que están dañados; la mejor forma para saber si están echados a perder es oliéndolos, para ver si todavía puedes usarlos. Las partes oscuras se eliminan con un cuchillo y los champiñones deshidratados simplemente se ponen en agua tibia y rápidamente recuperan su forma.
