Why can't my phone receive texts or calls?
I have a samsung Intensity 2 and i haven't used it for a whole day (I left it off) and now i can't recieve texts or calls! Please and soon i need to know now i have things for work and i need to know information! Ok thank you in advance and use honest answers!

Time to call your carrier's tech support (Verizon wireless), to see if there is a problem with your account or the carrier's system itself. And yes you will need to call from a phone that is NOT the cell phone in question.
When this has happened to me, it's been a system outage or a downed cell tower, due to a lightening strike or power outage in the area that had cell towers closest to me.
