What does it mean when?
some one posts a question on answers and they start the question "what does it mean". Are people really that stupid that they don't know what it means.
Another what does it mean when I think many people are really stupid when they ask a stupid question.
what just does it all mean??????

It means they want someone to back up their thoughts. They don't want to be wrong and look like a fool
