I think most American women prefer circumcised only because it's what we're more familiar with. But I've heard plenty of women who are just fine with uncircumcised, and some even prefer it. If she really likes you it shouldn't matter to her one way or the other.
I've heard that uncircumcised is much easier to give hand jobs to. FWIW.
