Sled won't start after flooding, read description?

It's a 1976 ski-doo everest (340 rotax). I rode it 4 days ago & it ran fine. 3 days ago I accidentally flooded it by priming it too many times. I pulled the plugs and fuel pump line (the one that connects to the engine, not the carb) & pulled the engine over it to clear out the excess gas. It sat for 2 days, but now it won't start no matter what (it used to always start after 1 or 2 pulls). I tried new plugs as well the old ones (which weren't great). It has excellent compression & lots of spark. Stuck on this one, so any help/advice would be great. Thanks

After the fuel dried out of it from the flood, it's got alot of oil film. I bet when it fires up, it will smoke like hell. Shoot a shot of Starter fluid in it while you crank, but don't drown it. At least something to make it cough/show signs of life.

In the future, I would use a different gas. If the boiling point(distillation curve) of the fuel is too high, it will be hard starting because distillation curves drastically effect a fuels ability to vaporize. Don't over Octane it, either because Octane is anti-ignition. Depending on how much fuel quantity you bun through, I can suggest a specialty fuel for you. At 5 Gallons at a time, it's not a hard pill to swallow, if you don't ride often. This fuel will COMPLETELY get rid of the groggy cold engine manners.
