Need some help on this algebra Qustion?

Solve the System using the substitution method:

x-4y=5

4x-16=16y

a. The solution is _____(ordered pair)

b. There are infinitely many solutions

c. There is no solution.

I have worked this back and forth, can't figure it out.

    Go for c... IF you multiply the first equation by 4, we have 4x - 16y = 20, in which the constant for that expression is not the same as the one of other expression.

    The answer is c. There is no solution. Try to get the x's and y's all on one side, then solve. From a fellow A+ Honors math whizz.
