Should i be happy or mad?
Well my best friend just texted me saying he got a job. At the same store I work at. He didn't even tell me he applied there. Now i kinda feel like cool I'll get to work with my best friend. But the other side of me feels like great... He's copying me, he's gonna come into my workplace, he's gonna become friends with the people I've gotten to become friends with and know and change everything. Not sure how i should feel about this.
We're both in high school and there are plenty of other places to work.

If he's really your best friend, he won't interfere too badly. At least he has a job and he's not like, "Hey man, can I stay at your house till I get a job?" Better he intrude in your workplace than your home. In all seriousness though, just think about the situation positively and things will work out fine. x

Be happy for him! You're just getting a little jealous. And in your city/town, they might not have many jobs and he could have applied to many. Yes, things will change, but do you want him to be happy? Or do you want him to feel upset because he doesn't have a job?
