Well scares are unattractive, especially if there are a lot of them, but most guys look at a woman as whole and so one feature doesn't make the whole person ugly unless it is something scary like missing limbs. I bet that if you look normal the acne scares aren't going to be a big deal, and you can cover them up with makeup anyway.

Once you are about 18 or 20 the acne scars go away. Guys have it much worse, trust me, they go away.
