yugioh - what are some cards like sangan?

i need to know what cards work like sangan or witch of the black forest(lets me summon any 1500 monster) and cards that would let me add specific magic and trap cards to my hand. specificly i need cards to let me add last turn, inspection and Jowgen the Spiritualist. (and i know this deck wouldnt be turnament legal)

    The light version is Shining Angel. To search Last Turn, use Gold Sarcophagus, Spell Chronicle, or Cat of Ill Omen. To search out Inspection, use Gold Sarcophagus or Spell Chronicle. To search Sangan, use Mystic Tomato.

    shinning angel is the light version of ufo turtle.

    deep sea diver gets a card from your deck to the top of your deck, gold sarc(s) thats all i can think of
