why do liberals get upset when cons agree with them, and follow their plan?

"If Saddam rejects peace and we have to use force, our purpose is clear. We want to seriously diminish the threat posed by Iraq's weapons of mass destruction program."

--President Bill Clinton, Feb. 17, 1998

Update:

The Blunt Ugly Truth- actually obama is following the exit strategy that was put in place by the bush administration.

Oh, they will deny this until the end. They tend to forget the TWO YEARS the Clinton administration tried to get permission to do inspections, but was constantly turned away and delayed with changing the deadline.

You mean as opposed to when Obama modelled Health Care reform on Romney's Mass plan and a plan Republicans presented to Congress in 1993, only to have every single Republican vote against it and many declare it unconstitional?

BTW - the example you give is nonsense.

    1. The absence of those active programs after the invasion simply illustrated that Clinton's selective targetting and sanctions worked - that the full scale invasion was unnecessary

    2. There is a massive difference between the authorized use of force and an illegal invasion and occupation.

    3. Clinton didn't feel a need to produce bogus "evidence" he knew to be false to justify his actions.

I don't know if you'd call me a liberal. But I have been against war for a while and really don't see a big difference between Democrats and Republicans in terms of foreign policy.

Put it this way, if they were - would we really be as successful super power as we have been?

Anyways, enough war. Home is where the heart is - not China or some oil paradise in the middle east.

Which is precisely why I voted for Obama in the 2008 primaries. He stood up against the Iraq war when he served in the Illinois legislature--just like Lincoln who also took unpopular stands and stood on conviction.

Always remember = Bush got us into Iraqnam. Obama is getting us out.

I am sure Bush made similar statements about Iran but he did not invade them, force can mean a lot of things, not just just occupying a county

Dammit! Disregard the link above, unless you'd like to spend a moment soaking in the deceitful tactics of the Progressives. The photograph is clearly doctored...Naturally, I can't find anything better, thanks to censorship from Soros and his Liberal media.

Why are so many conservatives angry at Obama for taking the troops out of Iraq? They hate it only because Obama is doing it.

properly the folk COMMENTING on the object, not huffington submit, have a element. EDIT: Your question means that The Huffington submit is pointing out that. they at the instant are not. it is the folk commenting on the object decrease than the object.

Good thing Bush dismantled all those WMD stockpiles after the Iraq invasion. We almost had a serious problem!
