Copyrighted/ Ask for permission first as some copyright owners do not want to be associated with other sites.

If "Rage faces" are pre designed characters or logos chances are they are copyrighted and if they are from a company 100% chance. And they will be popular meaning they will appear in Google early which means you'll be found easier.
