When is kid icarus uprising coming out?

ok so i know there will be a new kid icarus game and im not a long-time fan, it just seems to me that this game will be worth the 40 bucks i will put into it. now when is it coming out?

    I went to the evil store gamestop and asked and they told me March. There is no definite answer other than it will be out first quarter of 2012.
